Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 2 for the Solutions Support as a Service team, supporting Dell & Nvidia AI Networking in Round Rock, TX or Oklahoma City, OK. You will resolve AI Networking issues for global enterprise customers across cloud, datacenter, and edge environments, while contributing to product quality.

Responsibilities include documenting all details, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and ensuring timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in enterprise networking and datacenter support.
Experience with servers, storage, and networking in a data center.
Ability to diagnose and document issues and communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise customer issues from intake to resolution.
Document technical information throughout the lifecycle and update customers on progress.
Coordinate with Engineering, Backline, and Lines of Business during resolution.
Report bugs to Backline teams to improve HW/SW quality.
Maintain professional customer interactions and follow established processes.
