Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a program leader to design and run the enterprise AI literacy initiative from Austin. You will build a multi-year curriculum, track adoption KPIs, and deliver executive workshops that model new AI-enabled behaviors across the organization.

Effectively managing change and governance, you will recruit AI ambassadors and drive measurable productivity gains while collaborating with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or change management experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience designing and facilitating executive-level learning experiences, ideally with AI/digital transformation.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools like Copilot.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building or scaling ambassador networks across business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI literacy roadmap with a multi-year curriculum and quarterly milestones.
• Measure capability gains with KPI-driven adoption metrics and leadership reporting.
• Design and deliver leader-facing workshops on AI tool stacks for executives.
• Build and activate an AI Champion Network across business units.
• Lead change management, mapping barriers and mitigating resistance proactively.
• Partner on responsible-AI governance with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data teams.
• Align stakeholders in a matrixed org to secure sponsorship without direct authority.
• Tie learning outcomes to business performance and iterate based on feedback.
