Lam Research is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for Enterprise AI to shape governance, adoption, and scale of AI platforms across the company. The role collaborates with IT, Security, Legal, Data, and Engineering to deliver reliable, cost-aware AI capabilities.

You will drive standardized operating models, metrics, and executive communications while ensuring responsible AI usage across cloud and on‑premises environments. This is a hybrid role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management and AI/ML platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across technical, security, governance, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs for enterprise AI platforms, governance, platform operations, adoption, change management, and lifecycle management.
• Define operating models, roadmaps, metrics, executive communications, and change management plans.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Data, Engineering, and business teams to enable responsible AI adoption and platform reliability.
• Drive adoption and enablement for AI capabilities with clear operating models, training plans, and user engagement.
• Establish program metrics, governance forums, intake processes, roadmaps, and reporting to improve visibility and prioritization.
• Support AI FinOps including usage tracking, cost optimization, licensing visibility, and value measurement.
