Responsibilities

• Drive net new business acquisition across Commercial P&C insurance organizations.
• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and execute territory growth strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and digital transformation initiatives.
• Position AI-powered underwriting and workflow automation solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Build relationships with C-Level executives, underwriting leaders, business leaders, and technology decision makers.
• Lead executive presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop business cases and articulate measurable business value and ROI.

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth for IntellectAI's AI-powered underwriting platform across the North American Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance market.

This is a true enterprise hunter role responsible for acquiring new customers, developing executive relationships, and managing the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise SaaS sales, Insurance or Insurtech, AI or Digital Transformation solutions, and experience selling complex software platforms to enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with insurance carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, brokers, and executive stakeholders to help transform underwriting operations using Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, and intelligent underwriting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive net new business acquisition across Commercial P&C insurance organizations.

What We Require:

• 6+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud Platforms, AI Solutions, Automation Platforms, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Experience selling into the Insurance or Insurtech industry is strongly preferred.
• Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Insurance Carriers, MGAs, Wholesale Brokers, or Commercial Insurance organizations.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of generating net new business and building pipeline from scratch.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
• Experience selling to C-Level executives including CIO, COO, Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Claims Officer, CFO, or other executive decision makers.
• Proven quota attainment with consistent overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling, value selling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Engineers, Solution Consultants, Product teams, and Customer Success teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
