Job summary

Optomi is seeking an AI Governance Analyst to drive enterprise-wide adoption and operationalization of Data & AI Governance practices. The role intersects AI, data, governance, risk, compliance, and business transformation, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Architecture, IT, and Data organizations to strengthen governance maturity.

The ideal candidate will help business units implement governance standards, drive adoption, and develop playbooks, standards, and enablement

Qualifications

Experience in AI Governance and Data Governance.
Experience operationalizing governance programs and controls.
Ability to translate governance policies and frameworks into practical implementation approaches.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to operationalize Data & AI Governance expectations.
Support adoption of governance policies, standards, frameworks, and controls.
Facilitate governance discussions and stakeholder engagement activities.
Develop governance playbooks, training materials, standards, and supporting documentation.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Architecture, IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.
Support governance maturity initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Assess governance adoption and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
Gather stakeholder feedback and evolve governance programs.
Promote responsible AI and governance best practices while maintaining business accountability.
