This hybrid role partners with data owners, security, legal, and IT to mature governance maturity. You will translate policies into practical guidance, develop playbooks, and enable enterprise-wide adoption while maintaining business accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, business transformation, or related governance disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing governance, risk, compliance, data, AI, or technology practices across business units or enterprise functions.
• Experience translating enterprise policies, standards, or operating models into practical guidance, adoption plans, and enablement materials.
• Proven ability to work across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, architecture, and data stakeholders.
• Experience supporting governance or transformation efforts in large, complex, matrixed, or regulated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to operationalize Data & AI Governance expectations.
• Translate governance policies into practical implementation approaches.
• Support governance adoption across business areas and enterprise functions.
• Help stakeholders understand governance responsibilities, engagement models, and decision pathways.
• Build governance playbooks, implementation guidance, and enablement materials.
