Job summary

ExamWorks in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Governance Analyst to operationalize and manage an enterprise governance structure spanning AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, and Product investment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure governance success and compliance, including data catalog, glossary, lineage, policies, and risk scoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Demonstrated experience in a governance program preferred.
• Experience with model/algorithm risk assessment or documentation.
• Hands-on experience across data governance disciplines: data catalog, glossary, lineage, classifications, policies, and security.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve governance policies, standards, and procedures based on adoption data and feedback.
• Manage intake, review, and escalation of policy exceptions/waivers.
• Support governance council/committee cadence—agendas, decision logs, RAID tracking, scorecards.
• Track and report framework adherence against maturity targets.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders; facilitate intake and business case development for innovation use cases.
