Optomi is seeking an AI Governance Analyst to drive enterprise-wide adoption and operationalization of Data & AI Governance practices. The role intersects AI, data, governance, risk, compliance, and business transformation, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Architecture, IT, and Data organizations to strengthen governance maturity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to operationalize Data & AI Governance expectations.
• Support adoption of governance policies, standards, frameworks, and controls.
• Facilitate governance discussions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop governance playbooks, training materials, standards, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Architecture, IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.
• Support governance maturity initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assess governance adoption and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and evolve governance programs.
• Promote responsible AI and governance best practices while maintaining business accountability.
