Job summary

Scale is seeking a Forward Deployed PM to drive outcomes for enterprise deployments and translate real-world customer needs into actionable input for the platform team. You will embed with customers, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensure deployments reach production with measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a customer-facing product ownership role.
• Demonstrated record of shipping products or platform capabilities into large organizations.
• Extreme ownership and follow-through across teams without formal authority.
• Comfortable operating with senior customer stakeholders and engineers simultaneously.
• Strong judgment under pressure with incomplete information.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural tradeoffs with platform engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for our highest impact enterprise accounts. You are the accountable PM for product delivery and customer value.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with VP/C-level buyers and senior technical leads.
• Drive deployments from contract to production; ensure production-readiness and close gaps.
• Translate real customer workflows and priorities into high-signal input for core platform teams.
• Distinguish product constraints from execution or change management blockers and route appropriately.
• Partner closely with FDEs so the account runs as a coordinated team.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities grounded in demonstrated customer value.
• Represent customer reality to platform and leadership with credibility.
