• Build and deploy production-grade agents for specific use cases.
• Design and run evals to measure agent performance and iterate.
• Surface deployment insights to inform Handshake's platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform engineers to ship integrated solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices and reusable patterns.
• Deliver end-to-end deployment with high-quality outputs.
