Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices seeks an EPYC Engineering Operations Lead to drive cross-functional execution for EPYC products, overseeing sample plans, budgets, and on-time delivery across multiple sites. The role emphasizes process optimization, data management, and financial planning in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and supply chain teams, leading R&D AOP planning and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

Experience in program management in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
Strong data management and analytics skills with a focus on automation.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI for data visualization and automation.
Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range financial planning.

Responsibilities

Establish sample plans and budgets for each EPYC product with program leads and coordinate with supply chain.
Develop best-in-class processes to scale the organization for new challenges and roadmaps.
Create R&D AOP and collaborate with finance to maintain POR budget, analyze divergences, and track metrics.
Maintain and analyze operational, resourcing, and financial data to enable data-driven decisions.
