Job summary

AMD is seeking a senior leader to manage a post-silicon product engineering team for the EYPC server portfolio. You will define NPI deliverables, drive cross-functional activities, and coordinate with Asia counterparts to ensure successful product launches.

The ideal candidate will excel in project management, executive communication, and leveraging AI to optimize processes. Experience with semiconductor test and high-volume manufacturing is highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating across US and APAC functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering).
Technical project and product management experience.
Experience taking ASICs, GPUs or CPUs from silicon to high volume manufacturing.
Experience leveraging AI in manufacturing test processes.
Background in semiconductor test, product engineering, physics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Define and manage key NPI deliverables and schedules across functions.
Drive pre-silicon planning; lead bring-up, characterization, and test solutions.
Ensure manufacturing readiness and oversee samples execution and ramp.
Collaborate across Design, Supply Chain, Quality, Business, and Customer Engineering.
