Job summary

Innoventrics is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite). This 12-month contract role starts ASAP and focuses on designing, building, and deploying enterprise AI solutions, including AI workflows, copilots, automation, and RAG-based applications using LLM tech.

You will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams, owning solutions from prototype to production deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML applications in enterprise environments.
• Develop AI workflows, copilots, agentic systems, and automation solutions.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and APIs.
• Work across engineering, business, security, and governance teams.
• Own solutions from prototype to production deployment.
