Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Forward Deployed Agentic AI - Senior Lead in Charlotte, NC for a 12+ month W2 contract. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule requiring three days on-site.

You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems, architect LLM-driven workflows, and embed AI into enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Claude, GPT, Gemini, and similar LLMs, with production deployments and strong orchestration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in production environments.
• Ability to design, build and deploy agentic AI systems at scale.
• Understanding tool-augmented LLM workflows, orchestration and function calling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs in production environments.
• Architect tool-augmented LLM workflows including function calling, orchestration, and system integrations.
• Embed AI into enterprise platforms using MCP or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks and AI platforms for scale across operations.
• Work with business users and operations teams to deploy AI in live production settings.
• Translate enterprise workflows into executable AI-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize deployed AI solutions for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, product, and operations for end-to-end execution.
