Job summary

Console is seeking an AI Customer Enablement Lead who will define and manage how customers learn and adopt AI solutions. This foundational role will allow you to create and shape the enterprise enablement function from the ground up.

The candidate should have a robust background in customer enablement and experience in B2B SaaS, as well as the ability to design engaging and effective educational content.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer enablement or education, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building scalable enablement programs from scratch.
• Strong ability to translate complex products into learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Architect the enablement function end-to-end.
• Build onboarding and training resources for AI adoption.
• Design scalable learning experiences for customer personas.
• Partner with teams to address knowledge gaps effectively.
• Establish feedback systems to measure effectiveness of content.
