We are partnering with a fast-growing, AI-native company to recruit an AI Enablement Lead with 5+ years of experience. The organization operates at the absolute cutting edge, where tools and models evolve on a weekly basis.

In this role, you will live at the frontier of AI: running agents, building workflows, and forming sharp opinions on what actually matters with each new model release. You will own how everyone across the company learns, adapts, and works alongside AI agents. This is not an introductory training role. You will be pushing an advanced, AI-first team even further and inventing the playbook for how humans and AI collaborate at scale within a high-growth platform environment handling sensitive enterprise data.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and deliver company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive real behavior change and productivity gains, not just attendance.
• Test new models on release day, build with them hands-on, and translate those technical insights into actionable, practical guidance for engineers and non-engineers alike.
• Embed directly with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, rethink traditional workflows around AI agents, and ensure adoption compounds across the organization.
• Translate frontier AI techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable systems and frameworks that can be trusted across a fast-scaling platform.
• Build custom skills, agents, and internal tooling that teach team members directly within their flow of work, creating zero-human loops where possible to free up teams for higher-level work.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading technical education, AI/ML enablement, systems engineering, or technical workflow optimization in high-growth technology environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern AI tools, agentic frameworks, and frontier LLM releases.
• Proven track record of designing enablement programs that measurably transform how teams operate day-to-day.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, secure applications across both technical and non-technical departments.
