Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead the firmwide strategy for AI adoption within the Studio unit and across client engagements. You will bridge internal customers, resources, and technology partners to scale AI fluency, govern responsible use, and report impact to senior leadership.

The role oversees curriculum design, content creation, and an enabled community of AI champions, with responsibilities spanning vendor relations and platform development. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technology enablement, learning and development, digital or AI transformation, or change management with end-to-end program ownership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both non-technical and senior leadership audiences.
• Hands-on depth with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, including building custom GPTs or Copilot Studio agents.
• Track record designing training, workshops, or change-management programs at scale.
• 3+ years of experience owning metrics and reporting, and presenting results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap: set and drive firmwide AI Enablement strategy across internal units and client programs, translating priorities into a concrete roadmap and accountable for execution.
• Design & Deliver the Learning Curriculum: manage a multi-level AI training curriculum across the firm's tool portfolio, design and refresh workshops, demos, intern programs, and community sessions.
• Lead the AI Champion Community: run the firmwide AI Guild / champion network with office hours and sessions to sustain adoption.
• Own Enablement Content & Assets: direct creation and maintenance of enablement materials, guides, references, AI hub resources, and a video pipeline.
• Own Adoption Analytics & Executive Reporting: produce recurring adoption reporting and build impact measurement frameworks for senior leadership.
• Lead AI Governance & Responsible Use: maintain governance framework, autonomy tiers, intake/evaluation, and policy alignment with InfoSec and IT.
• Evaluate Tools & Manage Vendor Relationships: test new AI tools, gather feedback, manage relationships with partners (e.g., Microsoft) and feed requirements back to providers.
• Shape Enablement Platforms: contribute to design and content architecture of scalable enablement platforms for broader reach.
• Manage Stakeholders & Advocate: serve as senior point of contact for AI enablement across units and promote responsible AI innovation.
• Lead & Develop Talent: hire and mentor junior enablement staff and coordinate contributors.
