Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead the firmwide AI enablement strategy within the Studio unit. You will own programs, learning content, and adoption analytics across Crowe's business units and international affiliates, driving responsible use and measurable impact.

You will design curricula, run an AI Guild, and manage content assets while partnering with stakeholders and external technology partners. A strong background in AI tools and change management is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, digital or AI transformation, or change management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap across internal units and client programs, translating priorities into a concrete plan.
• Design and deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum across tooling and platforms.
• Lead the AI Champion Community with sessions and resource sharing to sustain adoption.
• Develop and maintain enablement content, guides, libraries, and a video pipeline.
• Produce adoption analytics and executive reports to demonstrate business value.
• Govern AI governance, responsible use, and cross-functional policy alignment.
• Evaluate tools, test new AI features, and manage vendor relationships.
• Contribute to scalable enablement platforms and architecture.
• Manage stakeholders and advocate for responsible AI innovation.
• Mentor junior enablement staff and coordinate contributors.
