Crowe is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead the firmwide AI strategy within our Studio business unit. This role will be integral in driving effective use of AI technologies and fostering adoption across Crowe's business units.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technology enablement and education, translating core strategies into measurable outcomes. This position offers a collaborative environment, emphasizing continuous learning and a commitment to delivering impactful innovation.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, or AI transformation.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Track record of designing and delivering training or change-management programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap for AI technologies.
• Design and deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum.
• Lead the AI Champion Community to drive adoption.
