Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to own and drive the AI Enablement strategy within its Studio business unit. This role focuses on the adoption and effective use of AI technologies throughout the firm.

The ideal candidate will manage the delivery of training programs, stakeholder relationships, and analytics reporting, ensuring responsible AI usage across business units. You will advocate for Crowe's AI initiatives in various forums and lead a community fostering AI fluency.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, or AI transformation.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Track record designing and delivering training or change management programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap for AI technologies.
• Design & Deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum.
• Lead the AI Champion Community for sustained adoption.
