Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to drive the firmwide AI Enablement strategy within the Studio unit. You will own the roadmap, build a scalable curriculum, and manage a community of AI champions to promote responsible adoption across units and affiliates.

You will also lead content creation, governance, and adoption analytics, partnering with technology vendors and senior leadership to demonstrate value and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technology enablement or AI transformation with end-to-end program ownership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical and leadership audiences.
• Hands-on depth with enterprise AI platforms and responsible use practices.
• Experience designing training and change-management at scale.
• 3+ years owning metrics, reporting, and presenting to leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across units and with vendors.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and continuous learning in evolving AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap and drive execution.
• Design, deliver, and refresh a multi-level AI training curriculum.
• Lead the AI Champion Community with sessions and resources.
• Create and maintain enablement materials, guides, and AI Hub assets.
• Produce adoption analytics and executive reporting for leadership.
• Govern AI governance and responsible use with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate tools, test early, and manage vendor relationships.
• Shape scalable enablement platforms for broader reach.
• Manage stakeholders and advocate for responsible AI adoption.
• Lead and develop enabling staff and coordinate contributors.
