Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead the firmwide AI Enablement strategy within the Studio unit. You will own the end-to-end program, from governance and curricula to adoption analytics and executive reporting, partnering with AI governance, InfoSec, IT, and external vendors.

You’ll design scalable enablement platforms, manage a cross-functional champion community, mentor junior staff, and communicate value to senior leadership while upholding responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technology enablement, learning & development, AI transformation, or change management.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical and senior leaders.
• Hands-on depth with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops or change-management programs at scale.
• 3+ years owning metrics, reporting, and presenting results to leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple units and vendors.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for continuous learning and emerging AI tools and practical enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap across internal units and client programs.
• Design & deliver a multi-level AI training curriculum and workshops.
• Lead the AI Champion Community with office hours and sessions.
• Create and maintain enablement materials, guides, and an AI Hub.
• Produce adoption analytics and executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Govern AI governance, risk, and responsible-use policies with cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate tools, test new AI features, and manage vendor relationships.
