Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking an AI Enablement Lead in Boston to own the AI-domain content, advisory capability, and credibility at the center of enterprise AI enablement. You will consult with business teams to identify high-value opportunities and design the firm's AI fluency curriculum.

Hybrid role requiring scaling training with partner teams, defining success metrics, and reporting outcomes from pilots to scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI advisory and consultation to business leaders and teams, translating priorities into actionable AI opportunities.
• Design and own the enterprise AI fluency curriculum and role-based capability paths.
• Design and facilitate high-impact training, workshops, office hours, and executive sessions; enable partner facilitators to scale delivery.
• Define and maintain AI best-practice standards and a curated library of tools, prompts, and reusable resources.
• Build and run the AI Champions program — recruit, enable, and sustain a cross-firm community of practitioners.
• Lead AI hackathons and enablement events, curating ideas for the solutioning pod.
• Co-create LOB playbooks with the Solutioning pod to reflect real, proven AI solutions.
• Orchestrate delivery through partner functions and train facilitators rather than delivering everything.
