Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep, current AI fluency with GenAI tools and enterprise use cases.
• Advising leaders on AI opportunities, prioritization, adoption, and responsible implementation.
• Instructional-design and adult-learning expertise for scalable, role-based learning journeys.
• Experience building communities of practice or champions networks.
• Ability to orchestrate delivery through partner functions rather than owning all delivery personally.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to define business-value hypotheses, baselines and KPIs, and report adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI advisory to leaders and teams, translating priorities into AI opportunities.
• Design and own the enterprise AI fluency curriculum and capability paths.
• Design and facilitate high-impact training, workshops, and executive sessions; enable scaling.
• Define and maintain AI best-practice standards and a library of tools and prompts.
• Build and run the AI Champions program across the firm.
• Lead AI hackathons and enablement events and curate ideas for solutioning.
• Co-create LOB playbooks reflecting real, proven solutions.
• Orchestrate delivery through partner functions and train facilitators.
• Establish value hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and report adoption and outcomes.
• Track enablement metrics like trained workforce, champions, and tool usage.
• Partner with the Executive & Strategic pod to align with leadership priorities.
