The ideal candidate will have deep experience in GenAI, multi-agent systems, and production ML, and will work closely with senior executives to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML, data science, or enterprise digital transformation with senior client-facing delivery experience.
• Hands-on with generative AI, RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven track record leading complex AI transformation programs at large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and AI programs from roadmap design through deployment and value delivery.
• Run discovery sprints and AI readiness workshops, guiding strategy conversations with senior executives.
• Build business cases that tie AI to measurable financial and operational results.
• Guide clients through multi-year AI adoption and stay accountable for delivery, satisfaction, and commercial performance.
• Lead design across GenAI apps, agent-based pipelines, RAG, and production ML with regulatory and risk considerations.
• Review architectures and trade-offs with engineers and data scientists.
