• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, or adoption strategies.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI adoption strategy, roadmap, business cases, and implementation plans aligned with agency objectives and federal priorities.
• Lead workshops to identify business needs, assess and prioritize AI use cases, and translate AI capabilities into practical workflows.
• Apply human-centered design and change management to drive literacy and adoption of AI.
• Design and deliver AI enablement programs, including training series, demonstrations, playbooks, and self-service resources.
• Build and lead a network of AI champions and power users to surface adoption barriers and scale practices.
• Research emerging AI technologies and adoption approaches to inform strategic recommendations.
• Monitor AI news and assess potential impact on policies and adoption.
• Define and track adoption measures to identify gaps and inform priorities.
