Job summary

StaffHost digital is seeking a Customer Engineer / AI Engineer in New York to own the technical delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will build AI-powered workflows and applications, write Python, and integrate APIs to turn business needs into production-grade systems.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and own projects from inception to production, all in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for customers using APIs and integrations.
• Strong communication skills with senior technical stakeholders.
• Ability to own projects from start to finish and solve ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of AI solutions from initial requirements through to production.
• Build and configure AI-powered workflows and applications.
• Write Python and work with APIs and integrations.
• Test, troubleshoot and improve AI systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish best practices around testing and reliability.
