Job summary

MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is seeking a Director of Enterprise AI to own the AI strategy and adoption across the Americas. Based in Oakland, CA, you will lead the AI portfolio, drive initiatives from prototype to production, and partner with architecture and product to set governance standards.

You will build an AI champion network, design onboarding programs, and measure impact by business outcomes, not tokens.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading an enterprise through technology and workflow transformations.
• Proven success designing and running enablement or change management programs.
• Experience with governance frameworks and ROI-focused business cases.
• Regular use of enterprise AI tools and leadership in experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own MISUMI Americas' enterprise AI portfolio and governance.
• Define strategy for discovering, evaluating, and prioritizing AI use cases.
• Build and lead a team to coach champions and accelerate adoption.
• Partner with architects to establish AI vendor and platform strategy.
• Communicate AI strategy and impact to executive leadership.
