Job summary

Reporting to the CIO, you will own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production, collaborate with regional IT and business leaders, establish MLOps practices, ensure governance, and translate progress into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven record of leading AI/ML initiatives at scale.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into shipped AI capabilities.
• Strong collaboration with CIO/IT and regional business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from prototype to production.
• Define ROI and KPIs; tie AI initiatives to revenue growth, margin, and cost efficiency.
• Lead AI governance, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with regional IT and business leaders across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Build and lead a global AI CoE and enablement programs.
