Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Director of Enterprise AI & Machine Learning Engineering in the United States. You will lead the development of agentic AI solutions and guide teams across engineering, ML, data science, product, and customer-facing functions to deliver high-impact AI products.

Role combines technical leadership with direct engagement with enterprise partners, shaping strategy and driving the full product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building agentic or generative AI in production.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through product development.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of ML practices, software engineering, and data systems.
• Ability to set direction, prioritize, and deliver in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and ML strategy for agentic AI solutions for enterprise/retail partners.
• Build, mentor, and align high-performing teams with technical excellence.
• Partner with customers, product, consultants, data scientists, and engineers to translate needs into AI products.
• Guide production-ready systems balancing reliability, scalability, usability, and customer value.
• Set technical direction in zero-to-one environments with early deployments and evolving requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to deployment and scale.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Align technical, product, commercial, and customer teams around AI strategy.
• Create clarity and momentum while upholding quality and responsible AI.
• Make decisions amid ambiguity and adapt approaches based on feedback.
