Job summary

Basis is seeking a customer‑facing member of the Deployed Intelligence team in NYC to own post‑sale success from kickoff to adoption and expansion. You will run workshops, lead engagements with large accounting firms, and translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows that transform accounting tasks.

You will be the face of Basis for accounts, collaborating with customers and engineering to shape product feedback and deployment strategies in a fast-paced, in‑office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships, ideally with large accounting firms.
• Accounting experience or CPA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own post‑sale success from kickoff to adoption to expansion.
• Lead engagements, run workshops and training for customers.
• Translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows for accounting tasks.
• Provide constant feedback to Engineering to influence product improvements.
