Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup focusing on onboarding and training.
• Experience managing enterprise relations with large accounting firms.
• Accounting experience or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train enterprise customers on new intelligent accounting workflows.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and the engineering team.
• Provide feedback on product improvements.
