Job summary

Storm2’s client is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise AI implementations from discovery through long-term adoption. You will work directly with customers to map workflows, configure AI solutions, and ensure measurable value after go-live.

This role sits at the nexus of product, engineering, operations, and customer success, requiring strong business and technical translation skills. You’ll lead stakeholder conversations, troubleshoot edge cases, and help scale deployment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience at top firms (Bain/BCG/McKinsey) or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise software deployments or implementation projects.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and execute with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with technical, ops, and commercial teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML products, LLMs, or enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from discovery to adoption.
• Run workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases in finance and operations.
• Configure and validate AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Define success metrics and track measurable business outcomes post-implementation.
• Build training programs and adoption playbooks for long-term usage.
• Serve as primary contact across deployment lifecycle, from operators to executives.
