Job summary

DeployCo, the deployment arm of the OpenAI organization, is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead in New York to shepherd cybersecurity deployments from prototype to production. You will translate business goals into technical plans, coordinate Frontline Deployment Engineers, researchers, and customer teams, and drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cybersecurity deployments in large enterprises.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical delivery plans and milestones.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across product, research, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery plans for customer workstreams with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple teams to keep work sequenced and risks visible.
• Embed with customer security teams to map workflows and ensure production adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, product, and customer teams to move prototypes to production.
• Trade off scope and resourcing while maintaining trust with stakeholders.
• Own value cases, KPIs, adoption tracking, and executive readouts.
• Codify reusable delivery patterns and playbooks for future deployments.
