Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Lead, AI Products to drive enterprise AI rollout across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable business transformation, ensuring users are engaged and realize measurable value.

The role emphasizes training development, user enablement, and adoption strategies, with limited travel. You will shape deployment playbooks and communicate plans to diverse audiences, contributing to GXO's AI strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Change Management, or related field.
4+ years of deployment and project management experience.
Experience deploying enterprise software and AI/analytics solutions.
Experience leading organizational change and user adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI products from planning to post-launch support.
Coordinate with AI product management, IT, security, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Develop training programs and enablement materials for diverse business functions.
Drive change management to promote adoption and sustained use of AI solutions.
Identify power users and champions to accelerate enterprise adoption.
Monitor deployment metrics and report on ROI and user feedback.
Develop deployment playbooks and best practices for enterprise AI rollouts.
Communicate AI plans and impacts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage multiple deployments across a global matrix organization with risk mitigation.
