Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in Product Management/Strategy or AI-enabled products.
• 3 years leading product managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching and scaling technical products with measurable impact.
• Experience in operational environments like warehousing or logistics.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or data-intensive products.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Warehouse AI product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework across AI-powered warehouse optimization products.
• Chair the Warehouse AI Product Board and own portfolio governance, prioritization methodologies, roadmap decisions, and product lifecycle management.
• Establish and maintain the Product Management operating model including discovery, requirements, roadmap planning, release governance, and adoption measurement.
• Develop business cases, product requirements, success metrics, release plans, and value realization strategies for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Own the Warehouse AI value realization framework ensuring measurable productivity gains, cost savings, and ROI.
