Qualifications

• Eight or more years of hands-on software engineering or AI delivery.
• Proven success leading complex deployments from discovery to ownership transfer.
• Experience redesigning processes with AI while contributing to engineering delivery.
• Hands-on programming and architecture with Python, APIs, data platforms, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of AI deployments across business domains with defined outcomes and handoffs.
• Partner with leaders and AI Product to identify opportunities and define value cases.
• Architect, test, and support production-grade AI applications and integrations.
• Set technical direction and resolve trade-offs on value, security, and cost.
• Design test sets, acceptance criteria, and observability for production deployments.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies and ensure adoption.
• Mentor Senior FDEs and provide executive reporting on progress.
