Job summary

Supermove is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI agents for large moving companies across North America. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their operations, design AI workflows, and write production code that powers agents in real-world deployments.

You’ll own deployments from discovery to go-live, collaborating with customers, executives, and our engineering team to deliver measurable business outcomes and extend our platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI workflows and integrations.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Design and implement AI workflows translating business processes.
• Work directly with customers to understand operations and requirements.
• Write production-grade code and maintainability across the stack.
• Analyze agent performance, improve prompts and tool calls.
