Job summary

Supermove is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI agents for large moving companies in North America. You will work directly with customers to understand operations, design AI workflows, write production code, and ensure reliable agent performance in real-world use.

You will deploy our AI products and contribute to building them, tackling challenges from configuration to integrations and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience building with AI, including prompts, agents, or AI-powered apps.
• Ability to reason about architecture, APIs, databases, and back-end systems.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to translate business needs into software.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and workflows for enterprise moving companies.
• Own enterprise AI deployments from configuration to production rollout and optimization.
• Design and implement AI workflows translating business processes into agent behavior and integrations.
• Debug and optimize agents in production by analyzing transcripts, tool calls, and data.
• Build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Turn deployments into reusable product features with cross-team collaboration.
• Drive deployment success and measurable business outcomes with customers.
• Explain technical decisions to executives and maintain trust with stakeholders.
