Job summary

Treasure AI in New York seeks an AI Deployment Consultant to bridge customer success and AI-powered innovation. This hands-on, client-facing role works with Fortune 1000 clients to implement Treasure AI Studio solutions from initial setup to ongoing use case expansion.

You will lead requirements, design autonomous workflows, train users, and shape the AIDC practice with playbooks while managing multiple engagements for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
• Experience gathering and interpreting complex requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-based client projects.
• Genuine fluency in CDP or data platform concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and workshops with stakeholders.
• Document business processes, data flows, and requirements.
• Design and configure Treasure Data-based use cases and AI workflows.
• Deploy AI agent and skill-based solutions via Treasure AI Studio.
• Configure no-code/low-code elements of CDP workflows and UIs.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot solution workflows before launch.
• Deliver workshops, training, and handoffs for business users and technical teams.
• Own late-stage training and strategic use case roadmaps on Foundations engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements with escalations while maintaining quality.
• Advise on responsible AI, data governance, and compliance.
• Contribute to building the AIDC practice with playbooks and frameworks.
• Create and maintain documentation: specs, data mappings, diagrams.
