Job summary

You will work directly with teams across operations, finance, legal, and executive support to translate needs into deployable AI workflows.

You will design end-to-end AI systems using modern LLMs and tools, share ownership of solutions with business stakeholders, and balance speed with governance to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Good working experience building and shipping software or data/AI products.
• Strong Python engineering skills.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Strong product thinking and user-centred design instincts.
• Practical experience with modern AI/LLM tooling.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify and prioritise AI opportunities
• Design and build end-to-end AI workflows and applications
• Translate ambiguous business processes into reliable, scalable systems
• Work with modern LLMs, agents, automation, and AI tooling
• Develop intuitive solutions that people genuinely want to use
• Balance speed and experimentation with security, reliability, and governance
• Collaborate with the wider AI and engineering teams to improve reusable capabilities
• Document solutions and enable teams to operate and extend them independently
