Slalom is seeking an AI & Data Strategist to shape enterprise AI/data strategies, governance, and operating models for clients. You will partner with executives to translate vision into scalable, responsible data and AI transformations.

You will lead workshops, develop roadmaps, and advise on foundational data capabilities, governance, and modern data platforms while collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver real client value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or enterprise strategy experience, with client-facing engagements.
• 3+ years focused on AI, data, analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Proven experience developing enterprise AI/data strategies with governance and data architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tech and platforms including generative AI, LLMs, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, OpenAI, Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive workshops to assess priorities, AI readiness, data maturity, and capabilities.
• Develop enterprise AI/data strategies, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/data opportunities across functions.
• Advise on data capabilities for AI success, including governance and data quality.
• Partner with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business users to align strategy with delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Support business development with proposals, responses, and client presentations.
• Create executive-ready deliverables and contribute to practice development with assets and thought leadership.
• Stay current on AI trends and translate them into client value.
