Job summary

Pythian seeks a polished, quota-carrying Sales Executive to drive enterprise AI and managed services deals across the US. You will hunt new logos, convert inbound leads, and grow existing accounts, partnering with hyperscalers and OEMs to co-sell and accelerate revenue.

Leverage deep expertise in database, cloud, and AI solutions to articulate a compelling business case, manage complex cycles end-to-end, and lead proposals, negotiations, and executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Active experience selling Data & AI services to enterprise buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to sell managed services and navigate procurement for recurring-revenue engagements.
• Experience co-selling with hyperscaler or OEM field teams, including familiarity with partner programs and deal registration.
• Strong internal project management to orchestrate cross-functional resources across complex sales cycles.
• Hunter mindset for new logos combined with relationship skills to grow accounts.
• Polished enterprise presence with the ability to engage at VP/C-suite level and fluency in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning and disciplined pipeline management.
• Build and maintain forecasted pipeline in Salesforce and provide weekly reviews.
• Develop account strategies for key prospects and expand wallet share.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, business case, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Legal, and Finance to move deals forward.
• Present compelling proposals and executive-ready business cases.
