Job summary

Elios AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Specialist to sit inside enterprise accounts and turn AI capability into software that actually runs. You’ll split your weeks between solving customer problems and coding, scoping complex workflows with users, and delivering robust integrations that stay up in production.

You'll embed with customers to map workflows, build and ship LLM-powered apps, and wire systems from legacy APIs to SSO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software with Python and API fundamentals.
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP or Azure with containers and observability.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and data platforms, including identity and auth.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows and constraints.
• Build and ship LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows across retrieval and integration.
• Wire into customer systems, legacy APIs, on-prem data stores, SSO and enterprise auth.
• Run pilots through production cutover and evaluate deployment readiness.
• Translate between business language and engineering and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to product to reduce heroics and improve deployment reliability.
• Address security reviews and data handling requirements without stalling the build.
