Job summary

Genesys seeks an AI & Cloud Security Consultant to join the North American Security, Privacy & Compliance COE. You will advise on AI and cloud security for enterprise customers, support security reviews, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance for technical and executive audiences.

You should have deep cloud security experience, strong consulting skills, and a passion for helping customers adopt AI-powered cloud technologies securely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security or related security disciplines.
• Expertise in AWS security, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, APIs and modern SaaS security models.
• Experience securing enterprise cloud environments and cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on with AI security risks and practical AI security guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical security advisor for customer engagements and secure adoption of Genesys Cloud AI capabilities.
• Lead architecture discussions to improve security posture, scalability, and resilience of cloud deployments.
• Design AI security strategies aligned with governance and security frameworks.
• Drive security reviews, audits, assessments, and articulate controls and risk mitigation.
• Translate complex architectures into actionable guidance for technical and executive audiences.
• Guide remediation for vulnerabilities and penetration findings to improve platform security.
