Genesys is seeking an AI & Cloud Security Consultant to join the North American Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence. You will advise on AI and cloud security, engage with enterprise security teams, and support security reviews and audits, translating complex security concepts into practical guidance for technical and executive audiences.

This role requires practical cloud security experience, strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior security

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, cloud security or related fields.
• Strong AWS security and cloud-native architecture experience.
• Experience securing enterprise cloud environments and cloud-native apps.
• Familiarity with AI security risks and generative AI tech; hands-on security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical security advisor for customer engagements.
• Lead architecture discussions to improve security posture of cloud deployments.
• Design AI security strategies aligned with enterprise frameworks.
• Drive customer security reviews, audits and technical assessments.
• Translate complex security architectures for technical and executive audiences.
• Guide remediation strategies for vulnerabilities and pentest findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams on security messaging.
• Build long-term relationships with customer security leaders.
