Job summary

Backbase is expanding its Agentic Banking business in North America and seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive AI-enabled banking solutions. You will own executive engagement and shape the commercial path from discovery to production, targeting banks and credit unions with measurable value propositions.

You will build targeted accounts, validate use cases, and coordinate across Solutions, Product and Delivery to scale adoption.

Qualifications

• Must have proven enterprise selling experience to financial institutions.
• Experience closing six- and seven-figure agreements and meeting quota.
• Fluent with product and integration concepts to explain workflows.
• Comfortable navigating procurement, security reviews, and executive scrutiny.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive opportunities forward.

Responsibilities

• Create and own your pipeline with targeted account plans and outbound engaging executives.
• Build executive trust across business, technology, operations, and risk.
• Sell measurable value by framing workflows around service quality and outcomes.
• Lead complex deals from qualification to close with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate validations, onboarding, and the path to production with technical teams.
