Job summary

Backbase is building its Agentic Banking business in North America and seeks an enterprise seller to shape growth. You will guide opportunities from discovery to production agreements, traveling across North America and coordinating with Solutions, Product and Delivery.

You will craft executive-level engagement, build a credible AI roadmap, and translate workflows into measurable business value, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise seller with six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling enterprise AI / conversational tech.
• Consistent performance against quota.
• Procurement and risk-aware in regulated financial services.

Responsibilities

• Create and own pipeline with targeted account plans.
• Build executive relationships and understand priorities.
• Sell measurable value with a clear business case.
• Lead complex deals from qualification to close.
