Job summary

ALSAC seeks an Enterprise AI Architect to define and evolve AI-focused architecture standards across the enterprise. You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with ALSAC’s strategy.

The role emphasizes designing reusable patterns, guiding AI platform services, and advancing AI development lifecycle practices while ensuring governance and cost-aware implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture or related tech disciplines.
• Experience designing AI/Generative AI solutions.
• Experience developing architecture standards and governance practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration, security, and modern software patterns.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• 5+ years of leadership or architecture influence experience.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards for AI, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with EA, Engineering, Data, Security, and business teams to evaluate AI use cases and provide guidance on tradeoffs.
• Design reusable architecture patterns for AI gateways, MCP integrations, and AI platform services.
• Establish architectural guidance for AI security, identity management, governance, and policy enforcement.
• Support AI-DLC practices through reviews, standards, and guidance.
• Define approaches for AI evaluation, observability, and cost management.
• Develop reference implementations and PoCs to accelerate production deployment.
• Ensure solutions align with standards and strategic roadmaps.
• Gather and validate requirements impacting ALSAC’s enterprise tech environment.
