Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver strategic AI solutions, leading technical delivery and enablement for customers across North America. The role emphasizes OpenShift AI, model serving, RAG and governance, with weekly client travel and strong collaboration with engineering and sales teams.

You will drive platform design, cost-aware optimization, and reusable assets while ensuring enterprise-scale security, RBAC and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, with hands-on architect or senior consultant experience.
• Deep, current OpenShift expertise: cluster architecture, GitOps, multi-cluster management, security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead model selection, optimization and serving for Red Hat AI across platforms.
• Design portable inference across cloud, on-premises, and sovereign environments.
• Architect models-as-a-service and GPU-as-a-service on OpenShift AI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes.
